1.Material: High-pressure die-casting aluminum with the design of increasing heat dissipation to fully ensure the stability and long lifespan of LED fixture. Surface with anodisation coating and fluorocarbon spraying, which ensure the performance of high temperature and sandy environment. It also perform well for corrosion and uv resistance.

2.LED: Using CREE silicon carbide silicon substrate, its thermal conductivity (490W/(m-K)). Aluminum substrates are used in LED lamps. Its thickness is between 35μm-280μm and performs well in terms of electrical and thermal conductivity. Silicone as the packaging material in the LED,extending the life of the same light attenuation to 50,000 hours.
